What You’ll Do
As a Morpheus Wellness Coach, you will deliver 1:1 concierge wellness sessions in clients’ homes, senior living communities, professional settings, and even outdoors. Our approach blends evidence-based therapy principles with holistic lifestyle coaching.
You will work with a wide range of clients—professionals, older adults, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, clients managing chronic conditions, and those simply seeking to optimize their health, longevity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Personalized Concierge Wellness Coaching
- Provide individualized, non-insurance-based wellness sessions
- Use PT/OT expertise to optimize mobility, strength, balance, pain reduction, and functional independence
- Incorporate holistic wellness strategies including:
- Breathwork & stress management
- Tai Chi / mindful movement
- Functional strengthening
- Sleep hygiene and recovery coaching
- Cognitive stimulation & dementia support
- Myofascial release & muscle activation techniques
- Lymphatic and swelling management
- Establish relationship-driven care with frequent communication to build strong, trusted relationships with clients and families
Creative Program Design
- Carry-out personalized wellness plans tailored to each client’s goals, environment, and lifestyle
- Adapt sessions creatively—indoors, outdoors, at community fitness settings, pools, parks and recreation centers, or ALFs
Professional Documentation & Communication
- Maintain clear, timely session documentation
- Communicate proactively with clients, families, and care partners
- Participate in team case reviews and training
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Florida license: Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- 3+ years clinical experience (home health or community-based experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working with diverse client needs, and proactively communicating with care teams and families
- Reliable transportation to travel within your designated treatment area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:
- Previous experience in concierge services, private-pay care, or senior living
- Certifications in wellness coaching, personal training, exercise physiology or functional fitness
