Can I benefit from Morpheus Wellness sessions?

How can I schedule an appointment?
On our website, click on “CONTACT US” button to ask us a question or “REGISTER” to register for our services.

How often and how long are coaching visits?
At the first session, our wellness coaches will collaborate with you to design a program that will meet your specific needs. Please allow 60-90 minutes for your first session with Morpheus Wellness. A typical session is 40-60 minutes. We see people two or three sessions a week on average. Depending on your specific needs, we can see you for one session or up to five sessions per week.

Do I need a prescription to see a Morpheus Wellness coach?
No, you do not need a prescription or referral from a physician to receive care from Morpheus Wellness. We require you to complete an extensive medical intake and if we have any specific questions after reviewing your intake, we will ask you during your initial session.

Will my insurance cover the cost of my sessions with Morpheus Wellness?
We do not participate with any insurances. This truly empowers you to drive your care with Morpheus Wellness which means you are not limited to the number of sessions you can have with us.

How do I pay?
Morpheus Wellness accepts credit card or check. Payment is due prior to a session. Morpheus Wellness offers per-session prepay options as well as visit packages of 6, 8, 12, or 20 visits with a 20% discount per visit.

When and where can I have my appointment?
Our wellness coaches are fully mobile which means you session will be at your place of residence, whether it is in your home, an assisted living facility, or an independent living facility. Our sessions are tailored to your needs, and we typically schedule visits between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Are you certified?
Our wellness coaches are state-licensed physical or occupational therapists who are certified in CPR, first aid, and AED. Each of our coaches have specialized certifications in a variety of holistic wellness topics.

Do you treat my conditions?
Our wellness coaches are all state licensed and have all graduated from an accredited therapy program. We require our coaches to have at least five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, physical therapy assistant, occupational therapist, or occupational therapy assistant which means you wellness coach will be well-versedin anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, neurology, activities of daily living, pelvic floor, nutrition, sleep science, and nonpharmacological pain management.

What should I expect to happen during my first session?
You will have a one-on-one session a Morpheus Wellness coach. We will review your medical history, physical strength, range of motion, home setup, and prior therapies you received for your current condition, have a conversation with you and your loved ones or caregivers about your goals and develop a session plan that incorporates holistic strategies to help you reach your goals.

I want to be prepared for sessions – what should I do?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. We can meet you wherever you are most comfortable!

Can I see the same wellness coach every visit?
We make every effort to have a single wellness coach work with each client. Your scheduling priorities or specialized needs may necessitate changes from time to time, but you will always know who is seeing you for your appointment in advance.

I have had physical therapy before, what makes Morpheus Wellness different?
We provide one-on-one personalized care in the comfort of your home, and you have complete control over the care you receive from Morpheus Wellness. A typical home health therapy visit last 30 – 40 minutes, while a typical outpatient therapy visit lasts 60 minutes and during that time you may receive at most 30 minutes of direct care from a therapist.

If I can only tolerate 30 minutes, is that still a full prepaid session?
We can work with you to adjust visit payments if you can only tolerate 30 minutes.

How soon can you get started seeing me?
Withing 12-24 business hours, we will respond to your inquiry about starting care with us. Once you have completed our registration, we will contact you to schedule your initial visit, which may be within 48 hours depending on your location and schedule.

Do the sessions include all your offerings under your services tab or are some billed separately?
We offer all our programs to our clients and do not have separate charges for individual programs.
